Ridgeworth Roofing Company was
founded in 1974 by Robert Petrick.
Ridgeworth
continues to be a family
owned and operated company specializing in commercial, industrial and
institutional roofing. Ridgeworth is currently located in
Bridgeview, IL.
We

Biographies
Robert and Barbara Petrick, Past Presidents
and Owners
From
1974 through 2002, Robert and Barbara developed Ridgeworth into the
successful company it is today. By providing customers with the
best quality roofing materials and service, they built lasting
relationships with their customers.
Robert and Barbara's example and traditions continue today with the
second and third generations.
Rodney Petrick, President
Rod began his career at Ridgeworth in
1975 after graduating from St. Rita
High School. Starting
as an apprentice, Rod worked his way from the roof to his current
position as
President and in 2003, bought the company. Rodney
has served on many committees for the CRCA,
MRCA, and NRCA and
has also served many administrative roles, including President, for the
associations. Rodney was a key industry
representative working with the Roofing Industry Alliance to negotiate
with the
City of Chicago an amendment to the roof reflectivity required in new
building
codes. Rodney is married to Bonnie and
they have three children, Dan, Ryan, and Ashley.

Ryan Petrick, Project Manager
After
graduating from Lockport Township High
School, Ryan joined the company in 2003. Starting
as an apprentice, Ryan worked his way from
the roof to his
current position where he prepares bids and proposals and manages
personnel and
timelines.

Dan
Schrock, Marketing &
Business Development Manager
After graduating from
Lockport
Township High School, Dan obtained his Bachelors and Masters Degrees of
Science
from Illinois State University. Obtaining valued experience in
many areas
of business, Dan worked for several years in the Healthcare
Industry. In
2010, Dan joined Ridgeworth to help with various aspects of the
business, including marketing and business development.
Dan is married to the former Ashley Pitcher.

Brian Petrick, Shop Manager
Brian
joined Ridgeworth in 1978, starting as an apprentice and working his
way to his current position as Shop Manager. Brian also functions
as the company's crane operator.
Bonnie Petrick,
Administrative Assistant
Bonnie
joined Ridgeworth in 2005 with extensive administrative
experience. Bonnie currently handles the
payroll and financial management for the company.

Linda
