The 66,000 square foot Bedford Park Center job consisted of:

Cleaning the current roof of all loose dirt and debris.

Installation of new wood blocking to accommodate the height of the new insalation.

Installation of Firestone 1” Isocyanurate insulation that was mechanically fastened to the deck.

Installation of Firestone 0.060 fully adhered EPDM roof system.

Flashing of all perimeter walls, edges, and roof projections.

Installation of 30 double-dome acrylic skylights.
