Ridgeworth completed the following work during the re-roofing of Palos Dental in the spring of 2011:

1. Cleaned the former roof area of all loose dirt and debris and removed from the premises prior to installing the new roof materials.
2. Heat welded and torch applied a GAF Ruberoid Torch Granule modified bitumen membrane to the former roof system.
3. Flashed all roof projections and parapet walls with modified membrane.
4. Installed surface mounted counter flashing to the perimeter walls.
5. Installed new lead flashings at all roof drains and plumbing stacks.
6. Installed a 24-gauge pre-finished steel gravel-stop.
