Ridgeworth completed the following work at St. Peter & Paul Ukranian Church with a 20-year GAF Pledge Guarantee in the fall of 2010:

1.  Removed the present roof system down to present deck and place into debris boxes to be removed from the   
premises.
2. Repaired sections of roof deck. 
3.  Installed a GAF 2.0” EnergyGuard Isocyanurate LTTR=12.1 roof insulation mechanically fastened to
the existing deck.
4.  Installed a GAF ½” EnergyGuard High Density Fiberboard R=1.30 roof insulation in hot asphalt.
5.  Installed two plies of GAF Flex Ply VI ply felt in hot steep asphalt, with all plies to be fully
mopped in.
6.  Installed a GAF Ruberoid Torch FR modified bitumen membrane that was heat welded and torch
applied to the base sheet.
7.  Flashed all roof projections and parapet walls with modified membrane.
8.  Installed surface mounted counter flashing to the perimeter walls properly fastened and caulked.
9.  Fabricated and installed a 24-gauge pre-finished steel gravel stop.
10.  Fabricated and installed a 24-gauge pre-finished steel gutter and downspout.
11.  Supplied and installed new lead flashings at all through roof plumbing stacks.
12.  Supplied and installed new pitch pans at all through roof conduits.
